It was a warm midday in the jungle that surrounded the Giant Tree, home to two of the more famous faces in Felarya. One of them being a very well known huntress and devourer of both human and neko. The sweet heart with, what many human's would call, a vicious apatite was happily slithering her way through the jungle grounds. Her passing making as much noise as the dead. She moved with a stealth that could make many other naga's green with jealousy.

Crisis was out looking for a meal and not been away from Giant Tree for very long when she picked up something close by. Arriving at the scene with great stealth, Crisis took to the tree tops as she drew in closer to a neko that appeared to be stalking something. She was in a pouncing position and looked ready to strike from the tall grass she was hidden in. The blond naga licked her lips in anticipation to taste the dark haired neko.

Crisis' plans were interrupted however when the neko's ear's shot up in alarm and she made a break for it.

"Did she hear me?!" Crisis thought as she readied to give chase, but then her eye's were drown upward as she soon realized it wasn't her that the neko was running from. "What in the world is THAT?!"

Crisis looked into the sky as something, or someone, was speeding through the air at a great speed. The huge object seemed to be getting lower as if to get ready to land and as it passed by the tree's that the naga was stalking in, in spite of how fast it was moving Crisis still managed to get a look at what it was before it flew by her.

The teal tailed naga's eye's couldn't believe what they saw as a giant naga dove from on high in the sky towards the ground. She wasn't able to make out all the details before the naga had passed by completely, but she knew that she just saw a naga flying! There was a thunderous BOOM not to far off, clearly that was caused by the naga's landing. With great excitement Crisis sped off to the spot that flying naga had landed.

Peering from behind a tree she saw that there were a few shattered tree's that were around the new naga she hadn't seen before. This naga stood even taller then her friend Vivian! And she was waring some of those human thing's, what was it her friend Subeta called them? Oh yeah, clothes! And she had on her side a weapon Crisis normally only saw human's carrying around, a sword. But this one was MUCH bigger then the ones she was use to seeing! The new comers hair was long and seemed to shine bright in the light of the sun. She had a deep orangeish hair color and the scales on her tail were of the came color as her hair, and the scales were also thicker then any other naga Crisis could remember meeting.

"Care to come out from behind that tree? I don't really like being spied on" The larger naga said as her candy brown eye's glared at the tree that Crisis we hidden behind.

"Ah! Sorry, I didn't mean to spy. I just wanted to see who it was I just saw flying by!" Crisis apologized with a smile as she come out to meet the new naga.

"Well, actually I-" The larger naga was cut off when Crisis ZOOMED over talked with record speed for the smaller naga!

"I can't believe you really flew! I was so amazed! And you don't even have wings! How did you learn how to fly without them?! Did someone teach you that?! Are you using magic of some kind?!"

"Whoa!! Whoa, whoa,whoa!!" The stunned orange tailed naga stopped Crisis by putting a finger on her forehead and gently pushed her back a bit with it. "Clam down! Alright! And just so you know, I CAN'T fly"

"But I saw you soar through the sky!"

"I was moving through the air yes. But that wasn't actually flying. I jumped"

"JUMPED?!" Crisis said in amazement. She never heard of anyone being able to jump like that.

"Yes. Jumped. Though I guess I do kind of fly in a way seeing as I am able to go for miles and miles before I loose altitude" The bigger naga said thoughtfully.

"WOW!! I wonder if I can jump like that?!" Crisis thought out loud imagining what it'd be like to do that and be able to soar through the sky.

"I guess it's possible... But it usually take's a naga 30 or so years of intense physical training to build up the raw tail muscles it takes to do it"

"Awww... 30 years?!" Crisis said with a pout in her voice. "Hmm... Wonder if I could do it faster?" She thought out loud again.

"Optimistic aren't you? My name is Kai by the way" She said with a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Oh! My names Crisis! Nice to meet you!" Crisis responded with a friendly smile.

"Crisis hem? Odd name but I've heard weirder"

"If you don't mind me asking, why are you here? The territory you were in didn't have much food in it? There is lot's of testy human's wandering around here!"

"I'm a vegetarian"

"Oh I'm sorry. I thought you were a naga"

"....... I AM a naga"

"But you just said you were that, "vedg-te-able-tar-ian", thingy!"

"Vegetarian"... It means I don't eat human's or other small beings. I only eat fruits and other such plant life"

"You don't eat human's?! How very strange!" Crisis said thoughtfully. "GAH!!!" Crisis cried out suddenly as a large fist hit her over the head.

"What was that fore?" Crisis asked her new "friend" as she rubbed her head from the little tap Kai just gave her.

"I felt like it..." Kai responded to the question not even trying to hide her slight annoyance.

"But I am only stopping here for a short time. I'm passing through on my way to meet an old acquaintance of mine from some years ago who lives by the Chordoni Waterfalls"

"Oh? You mean Vivian?"

"You know her?"

"Yeah! She's a good friend of mine! I guess you're going to, "coil tails" with each other huh?!" Crisis asked with a grin.

"I'm a virgin" Kai replied blushing and glaring.

"I thought you said you were a vegetarian?"

".........."

Moments later two giant naga's were speeding across the jungle floor

"WHA! Why are you chasing me?!"

"Stop and find out!!"

"No way!" Crisis and Kai raced through the jungle, Crisis giggling all the while as Kai gave chase.
