Seems Nepgear's goddess form has gained a new skill. Though right now it seems to be causing more harm to the city than good... Oh well!  

I was actually inspired to do this after seeing last live stream.
At one point, saw him draw a pic of a giant Compa from Hyperdimension Neptunia. Which was awesome.
But it made me realize, there really needed to be one of Nepgear. Who is the best character in the whole damn series... >x>
I took it upon myself to right this wrong!

And so I made this! Hope you enjoy!
